DIPOLOG CITY – Daniel Georgiev of Bulgaria bagged the gold medal in the Man of the World 2019 swimwear competition held July 7 at the Zamboanga del Norte Convention & Sports Center.
The swimwear competition is one of the highlights of the contest’s pre-pageant tour in Dipolog City. The 30 contestants paraded in identical swimwear by Daniel Manila.
Jakubb Jurcak of Czech Republic won the silver, while crowd favorite Jin Kyu of Korea got the bronze. Kyu was also awarded as Dipolog City People’s Choice.

Mathew Cevallos of Ecuador was named Zamboanga del Norte People’s Choice, while Guam’s Christian Layao won Best in Board Shorts.
Bb Pilipinas 2019 second runner-up Samantha Bernardo hosted the event.
