Myron Jude “MJ” Ordillano of Parañaque City was named Mister International Philippines 2022 in glittering finale held June 27 at the grand ballroom of Okada Manila. MJ will use his time as Mister International Philippines (MIPH) to advocate for empowerment through sports and wellness.

After a month-long pre-pageant activities, workshops, preliminary swimwear and formal wear competitions, a beautiful national costume show, rounds of interviews, and the live grand coronation, MJ received the sash presented to him by MIPH national director Atty. Manuel F. Deldio.

The 23-year-old aspiring actor bested 32 other delegates for the title and the right to represent the country at the 14th Mister International competition to be held in the Philippines in October.

Mark Avendaño of Biñan, Laguna finished first runner-up, while Leyte’s Michael Ver Anton Comaling placed second runner-up. Kitt Cortez of San Juan City and Andre John Cue of Cagayan De Oro were third and fourth runners-up, respectively.

The inaugural edition of Mister International Philippines was held live from the grand ballroom of Okada Manila, and was hosted by Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa, Michael Bristol, and the “King of Talk” Boy Abunda, who took over the interview segments. Guest performers were LITZ, JM Bales, and the Nocturnal Dance Company.
