ABOUT MISS GLOBE MYANMAR 2014 PAGEANT
The Miss Globe International Pageant is one of the most prestigious International Pageants in the world with franchising network involving 110 countries worldwide. The pageant is known for selecting winners with creative intelligence and beauty together in harmony, the kind of characteristics that potentially can affect people. The winner of Miss Globe International will also become aware of the abilities and skills needed to take on different active duties in all fields of the fashion and entertainment sector developing their careers.
This year, for the first in time in the history of Myanmar, a national competition will be held to select the first ever Miss Globe Myanmar who will participate in the 2014 Miss Globe International Pageant to be held in Turkey this coming April. The national search is under the tutelage of Hla Nu Tun, CEO and Founder of Logo H and StylePlus H’s School of Personality Development.

National Director
According to Hla Nu Tun, National Director of Miss Globe Myanmar Pageant, the first edition of Miss Globe Myanmar will be different and not just a typical beauty competition. Hla says “We are promoting our culture, traditions, knowledge, personal grace and fitness with the greatest focus being on helping these contestants become confident young ladies. I have been in their position and won a pageant once, so I realize that poise and grace are the most important attributes, along with knowing how to successfully contribute to society and work with other people together.”
The much awaited coronation night will showcase 21 beautiful contestants who will take part in a preliminary competition that includes: presentation skills, talent show, resort wear, evening gown, Myanmar semi-formal wear, general knowledge talk show, photo shoot, sportswear, and finally Myanmar formal wear.
Miss Globe Myanmar Organizers hopes to find the girl who embodies elegance, with great composure under pressure, poise in stressful situations, and represents the beauty of Myanmar’s spirit and people. Some of the invited judges to select the next beauty queen from Myanmar will be coming from Korea, Germany, Thailand and the Philippines.
The winner of Miss Globe Myanmar 2014 title will receive the following prizes:
1. A crown, Trophy and bouquet of flowers
2. A chance to take part in the 89th Miss Globe International Pageant in Turkey.
3. She will be the official image model for StylePlus H and will be an instructor in StylePlus H’s School of Personality Development.
4. One-year Gym membership
5. A chance to travel to Thailand with Miss Globe Myanmar National Director.
6. An intensive training package in the Philippines
