DIPOLOG CITY – Crowd favorite Jin Kyu of Korea bagged the gold medal in the Man of the World 2019 formal wear competition held July 8 at the Zamboanga del Norte Convention & Sports Center.
The formal wear competition is the culminating activity of the contest’s pre-pageant tour in Dipolog City. The 30 contestants paraded in formal wear of their choice.
Grigor Sayadyan of Belgium won the silver, while Lars Kortleven of the Netherlands got the bronze.
Earlier in the evening, the contestants paraded in beach wear which they personally styled. Czech Republic’s Jakub Jurcak bagged the Best in Beach Wear gold medal. He was also awarded the Mr MAPSI corporate award.
Bulgaria’s Daniel Georgiev won silver, while Hong Kong’s Carson Leung and Thailand’s Sapol Suporn tied for the bronze.
The Man of the World 2019 finals is set for July 11 at the Filoil Flying-V Center in San Juan City. Missosology.Org
