Guinevere Davenport has been named as Miss International Hawaii 2016 and will represent the American state in the upcoming Miss International 2016 pageant which will be held in Tokyo, Japan. Guinevere Davenport is a model working at the Aloha Islands Girls agency. She is currently studying Cellular & Molecular Biology at University of Hawaii at Hilo.
Hawaii, despite being a state of the United States, has been sending its own representative competing alongside a Miss USA since 1970. The best placement of Hawaii happened in 1990, when Nadine Atangan Tanega was named as 2nd runner-up.
