The Philippines’ premier and most respected beauty pageant will come into conclusion tomorrow, June 15th. At stake is the Miss International Philippines 2026 title wherein the winner will represent the country at Miss International 2026 pageant. Also at stake is the Miss Globe Philippines 2025 title.
This year’s competition is very crucial as the Philippines is seeking its 7th Miss International crown. The last time it won was almost a decade ago and our beauty experts think that Bb. Pilipinas should choose a candidate that embodies the qualities of a Miss International prototype: demure, intelligent and classy.
Topping their list is Miss Davao Province Katrina Anne Johnson. She fits the bill and has similar qualities to the winners of the last three editions of Miss International. She’s very statuesque and has a solid experience in pageantry. In 2023, she finished as first runner-up at Bb. Pilipinas and at 27 years old, she is just time for the next year’s Miss International wherein the age limit is 28.
Second in the list is Miss Siargao Kathleen Enid Espenido. She is also quite a strong contender embodying both elegance and grace. At 21, a world of possibilities awaits her in the world of pageantry and beauty experts believe she too can represent well the Philippines at Miss International.
At third place is Miss Iligan City Annabelle Mae McDonell. She is a pageant veteran despite her young age having placed 1st runner-up at the inaugural Miss Charm pageant. She was also a first runner-up at Miss Universe 2022 pageant.
Meanwhile, rounding up the top 5 are Miss Las Piñas Dalia Varde Khattab and Miss Pampanga Joanne Marie Thornley. Both are equally stunning and we should watch out for them as they are capable of puling up a surprise.
