Miss Universe 2014 is not yet in season but Missosology will focusing on some notable candidates. Let the focus begin, starting with…Puerto Rico!

Miss Puerto Rico Gabriela Berrios, a namesake of the reigning Miss Universe, will be facing some problems when she competes at Miss Universe 2014. However, this girl will also have a huge advantage and she could easily shine. Her advantage? Experience! She was 2nd runner-up in 2012 national contest and she participated at Miss Supranational where she landed as one of the semifinalists. Her resume is packed with pageantry experience so much so that this girl could hardly have a stage fright. Confidence is the key and Gabriela has a bunch of keys.

Another advantage of Gabriela is that she has a pair of tantalizing eyes and yes, she’s leggy. She was awarded with Most Beautiful Face in 2012. She will simply stand-out in the crowd. She’s very glamorous and clearly elegant.

But Gabriela is not without any disadvantages. Missosology’s Puerto Rican analyst Tsatsabi commented prior to MUPR contest that Gabriela is believed to be a “sponsor delegate” and her frontrunner tag (and possible victory back then) is very unwelcome to many beauty pageant analysts. Tsatsabi further commented, “As for me: never liked, never will…… To me she is just a pair of eyes and legs. That’s all!”

Puerto Rico is also not enjoying a good trend at Miss Universe lately with the most shocking of all is the exclusion of Bodine Koehler in 2012. But Gabriela has the capacity to save her island’s quest for another Miss Universe crown. The prospect is good for Gabriela as of this moment and she is a Miss Universe 2014 contestant who is to watch out for.
