Avanti Marianne Page, 24 years of age and from Colombo, won the Miss Universe Sri Lanka title. She stands 5’11.5″ tall and will represent Sri Lanka at the Miss Universe 2014 contest. Sri Lanka has only one semifinalist at Miss Universe. In 1955, Maureen Neliya Hingert, who competed as Miss Ceylon, garnered the 2nd runner-up title.
