Tamara Makalanda won the Miss International Sri Lanka 2014. She will be competing at the Miss International 2014 contest on November 11 at Tokyo, Japan. In 2012, the country landed its highest placement in the pageant when Madusha Mayadunne became the 2nd runner-up but has to skip the 2013 pageant after its contestant was found to be overage.
