Thuzar Wint Lwin from Hakha was crowned Miss Universe Myanmar 2020 during the finals held December 30 at Novotel Hotel Yangon Max Grand Ballroom in Yangon.
The 23-year-old model and English student edged out 37 other candidates for the title and the right to represent the Southeast Asian nation in the next edition of the Miss Universe competition. She also won Miss Photogenic and Best in Evening Gown.
Han Lay placed first runner-up, while May Thazin Oo finished second runner-up. The rest of the Top 6 (in order) were Racheal, Mya San Thidar, and Naw Christine.
