During this time, fans will be able to rate the 2013 Miss Universe contestants. Fans with a valid email address can vote for their favorite contestant at www.missuniverse.com or www.telemundo.com. The winning contestant will earn a spot in the semifinals. The competition will air on November 9th at 9 p.m. ET on NBC. The worldwide event will take place at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia. This November, “Crowning Moment” will debut exclusively on High 5 Casino at www.high5casino.net as the first slot game venture with the Miss Universe Organization.
