Nicole Franco, who finished second runner-up at the Miss Tierra República Dominicana 2021 finals held earlier in September, has been named as Dominican Republic’s new representative to the 2021 Miss Earth pageant.
She replaces Miss Tierra República Dominicana 2021 winner Nieves Marcano, who will compete at the Miss Earth 2022 edition.
Franco is a 27-year-old professional makeup artist and advertising graduate. She has 6 dogs and 3 cats, which have been rescued from the streets. During the final of the Miss Tierra República Dominicana 2021, she bagged the Miss Personality and Beauty for a Cause (best environmental social work project) awards.
