Philisantha Van Deuren was crowned Miss World Netherlands 2017 at the conclusion of the pageant held Sunday, July 30 at Hendrik Marsmanzaal – Hotel Theater Figi Zeist Utrecht.
The 21-year-old psychology student at Utrecht University will represent the Netherlands at the 2017 Miss World finals to be held in November in China. She is into singing, playing the piano, painting and sailing.
Rachel Ausemms and Annet Duarte Lopes finished first and second runners-up, respectively.
