Ashley Lightburn, a bank project manager and mathematics lecturer at University of Belize, has been crowned as Miss Universe Belize 2022. The pageant was held at Bliss Center for Performing Arts, Belize City. Ashley will compete at the Miss Universe pageant later this year. Named as first runner-up is Alina Scott while Samantha Singh is the 2nd runner-up. A total 6 contestants participated in the contest.
Ashley Lightburn is 25 years of age and she was a cheerleader during her early days at school. She obtained a degree in Pure Mathematics at the University of Belize and her MBA at the Marconi International University in Florida.
