Beatriz Goulart will compete at Miss International 2023 and hopes to become 2nd Brazilian Miss International titleholder. She is a 22-year-old model from the state of Rio Grande do Norte. She was crowned in a glittering pageant held at Teatro Municipal de Niterói. The first runner-up was Eduarda Engel while the second runner-up was Weronica Sandmann.
