Luz Adriana Lopez is 26 years old and hails from the department of Caqueta. She is an environmental engineer and she will compete at Miss Earth 2023 pageant later this year. She was crowned by the outgoing Miss Earth Colombia 2022 Andrea Aguilera during the finals night held at Centro de Convenciones Las Camelias in Montenegro, Quindío.
