Melissa Flores will represent Mexico in the upcoming Miss Universe 2023 pageant which will be held in El Salvador. She is 25 years of age and works as a model. She has also a degree in psychology. If her name sounds familiar its because she was Miss Earth Mexico 2018. She eventually became Miss Earth Fire during the Miss Earth 2018 competition.
Melissa Flores was crowned during the Mexicana Universal 2023 finals night held at Aguascalientes. In the same pageant, Valeria Villanueva was also crowned as Miss International Mexico 2014. The other winners were Tania Estrada who was crowned Mexicana Charm 2023, Carolina Pérez who took the Mexicana Hispanoamericana 2023 title, and Xiadani Saucedo who was named Mexicana Orb Internacional 2023.
