Denied of her own homecoming in her native Nicaragua, an emotional Sheynnis Palacios was feted with a special “homecoming” parade in Manila at the Mall of Asia last May 5. The warm welcome of her Filipinos fans moved Sheynnis to tears as she clutched the national banner of her country. The reigning Miss Universe arrived in the Philippines last May 1 as part of her Asian tour which includes stops in Thailand, Laos and China. She will fly to India on May 7.
