The candidates of Gentlemen of the Philippines 2016 were presented to the media on Saturday, July 23, at The Sulo Riviera Hotel in Quezon City.
Andrea Biono from South Italy emerged as an early favorite after he was voted as the Darling of the Press. He was also awarded Mr New Placenta.
Kian Sumague of San Pablo City and Mohammad Ali Imran Atendido of Lucena, Quezon were the Darling of the Press runners-up. Jason Martin of Gold Coast, Australia was named Mr Hea Watch.
The Gentlemen Charities Inc organizers traveled around the country all the way to the Filipino communities of Italy, UK, Germany and Australia to gather the most advocacy- and career-driven men who will comprise the inaugural set of contestants for the Gentlemen of the Philippines 2016 competition.
These 30 men will compete for six titles at stake in the pageant and for the right to wear the “Philippines” sash in Mister Model International, Mister Universal Ambassador, Mister Tourism International, Mister Worldwide, Mister Tourism World and Mister Teen International.
