Daniela Landin, a 27-year-old Mechatronics Engineer from Aguascalientes, was crowned as Miss Earth Mexico 2023. She will compete for the Miss Earth 2023 title in Vietnam later this year. She was crowned during a glittering pageant held last July 1 in the resort town of Yax Ha in Calderitas.

Daniela Landin’s elemental court inclides Alexia Briviesca (Miss Earth Mexico-Air), Lucia Ortega (Miss Earth Mexico-Water) and Carolina Balboa (Miss Earth Mexico-Fire).

Mexico is yet to win the Miss Earth crown. The country managed to win an elemental titles in two instances: Abigail Elizalde in 2008 who took the Miss Earth-Water title and in 2018 when Melissa Flores was named as Miss Earth-Fire.
