    フィリピンから学ぶミスコンテスト　 (What Japan can learn from the Philippines) By Frank Daniel Shirouzu 今年ミスコンテストにおいて4大会で優勝を果たし、その他の大会でも全て入賞するなど驚異の活躍を見せたフィリピン代表。 今回私たちは彼女たちの強さの秘密の一部について伝えていきたいと思う。   まず第一に、世界一熱狂的なファンが挙げられるだろう。会場に駆けつけ応援する熱心なファンの姿は既に定番となっている。それだけでなく国内で生中継がない場合はインターネットで熱心に見守るファンたちも数多く存在する。   第二に、国内でのミスコンテストについての情報の量、そしてスピードの速さが挙げられる。 ファンの人々に正確で新しく、エクサイティングな情報を伝えることができる最大の理由は、世界最大のユーザー数を持つミスコン・ウェブサイトMissosologyの存在が大きい。 ファンはこのサイトで情報を確かめ、意見を発信し、交換することができる。また、フィリピン代表が優勝した時もMissosologyが活躍する。なぜならテレビ番組側をはるかに上回る情報を持っていて、それらを惜しみなく提供するからである。Missosologyの協力なくしてレベルの高いフィリピンのファンを満足させることは難しい。   日本のミスコンテストを運営する事務所にもぜひMissosologyからミスの女性をどのようにオーガナイズすれば良いのかを学んで欲しい。 ここで日本という国の成長をスポーツという観点から見て欲しい。フィギュアスケートではロシアから学び成長を遂げ、サッカーではブラジル、ヨーロッパから学び着実に成績を伸ばした。このようにミスコンテストでは同じ東洋人であるフィリピンから学び成長するのが最善である。 現在日本国内において5万2千人のファンを抱えるMissosology。日本に住む大勢のフィリピン人ファンに加え、Missosologyの記者として活躍するメンバー。これをチャンスと捉えることはできないだろうか？彼らから学び、成長を遂げれば日本のミスコンテストの将来は明るい。 そう、フィリピン、ベネズエラと肩を並べる日もそう遠くはないのではないだろうか。/白水フランクダニエル
