The Glamanand Supermodel India 2021 contest concluded on August 21 at Kingdom of Dreams in Gurugram with Zoya Afroz winning the Miss India International 2021 crown.

The 26-year-old actress and model from Mumbai bested 23 other finalists for the title and the right to represent the nation at the 60th Miss International beauty pageant in November.

Also crowned in the same event were Miss Multinational India 2021 Divija Gambhir and Miss Globe India 2021 Tanya Sinha. Asmita Chakraborty and Anisha Sharma placed first and second runners-up, respectively.

“Proud to announce – I will be representing India at the 60th Miss International. So grateful for this opportunity to live my dream,” Afroz posted on Instagram. A familiar face in Indian pageant scene, Afroz competed in Femina Miss India 2013 and placed second runner-up.

Afroz promotes education for young girls and financial independence. She wants women to acquire basic knowledge and the right to opportunity. Afroz has done movies and TV shows, and enjoys performing arts.
