Xaria Penn was crowned Miss Universe British Virgin Islands 2021 during the finals held recently at Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium, H. Lavity Stoutt Community College campus in Paraquita Bay.
She bested two other finalists for the title. She will represent the islands at the 70th Miss Universe competition in Eilat, Israel in December. She also bagged Best Swimwear, Best Evening Wear and Best Interview.
The other contestants were Lia Claxton and Kasaddi Chalwell.
