The Miss Universe Cayman Universe 2022 came to a conclusion in August 6th with the crowning of Tiffany LeAnn Conolly. The 24 year-old West Bay beauty was also awarded with Miss Photogenic, Miss Best Smile and Miss Best-In-Gown titles.The first runner-up is Chloe Powery-Doxey while the second runner-up is Hayley Grizzel. The pageant was held at Westin Grand Cayman with a total of 8 contestants vying for the prestigious title.
