Tara Hong was crowned Miss World Korea 2021 in a virtual competition held recently.
The 23-year-old beauty will represent the nation at the 70th Miss World contest to be held in December in Puerto Rico.
Park Jin-hee placed first runner-up.
The Miss Queen Korea 2021 pageant (for Miss Universe Korea and Miss World Korea) was hosted in a virtual studio using the Metaverse technology.
