Chaiyenne Huisman of Spain was crowned Miss Asia Pacific International 2019 in glittering finale held October 9 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater of Resorts World Manila in Pasay City, Philippines.

Huisman bested 54 other candidates for the title previously held by Sharifa Areef Mohammed Omar Akeel of the Philippines. She makes history as the first from Spain to win the title.

Dominican Republic’s Eoanna Constanza finished first runner-up, while Canada’s Jessica Cianchino placed second runner-up. Brazil’s Carolina Schuler and Costa Rica’s Fiorella Cortez Arbenz placed third and fourth runners-up, respectively.

The rest of the Top 10 finalists included Belgium’s Lauralyn Vermeersch, Peru’s Alexandra Morillo, Portugal’s Jacqueline Alves, Romania’s Ana Maria Ciritel, and Thailand’s Chunita Wongwiboonrath. Missosology.Org
