Boasting three crowns in its kitty already, Spain crowned its 2014 entry to the Miss International Pageant in Alicante, July 14th. Rocio Tormo Esquinas, 21 year old beauty from Barcelona emerged as the winner and will soon compete at the Miss International 2014 pageant in November 11 which is to be held in Tokyo, Japan.
Spain enjoys good rapport with the pageant. Last year, with the absence of Ikumi Yoshimatsu, Miss International 2008 Alejandra Andreu of Spain took over the duties of passing the crown. The other Spanish beauty who bagged the crown are Pilar Medina (1977) and Silvia de Esteban (1990).
