Reth Sarita was crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2020 in glittering finale held Novemer 26 in Phnom Penh.
The 25-year-old actress and model bested 19 other candidates for the title, and the right to represent Cambodia in the next edition of the Miss Universe pageant. She was crowned by last year’s winner Somnang Alyna.
Chhun Raksa placed first runner-up while Dy Sorakheta finished second runner-up. Neth Raksa and Suon Pisey were third and fourth runners-up, respectively.
Sarita is a post-graduate international relations major at the Royal University of Laws and Economics. She has already made a name for herself for her roles in the BBC Media Action’s TV series “Love9” and international films such as “Hex” and “The Spell”, which were released last year in the US.
