Raquel Pelissier, 25, 1.81m tall beauty who speaks English, French, Spanish, Haitian Creole and German will now represents Haiti in Miss Universe 2016. She completed a Degree in Optometry and has a Masters in Scientific Research.
Miss International Haiti 2016 crown went to Cassandre Joseph, a translator and Chiropractor Assistant and also a Medical student. She stands 1.76m and speaks 4 languages. She will travel to Japan to compete in Miss International 2016.
The pageant was held at the Royal Oasis by Occidental Hotels Grand Ballroom.
