From Shamcey’s gown and now to Ara’s, Barraza is allegedly recycling his gowns and wardrobes which sometimes would only vary in color. Should the Bb. Pilipinas pageant stop using the creations of Barraza for our beauty queens or his alleged “recycling” is acceptable?
