Sharifa Areef Mohammad Omar Akeel of the Philippines was crowned Miss Asia Pacific International 2018 during the finals held October 4 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater.
Gabriela Palma of Brazil placed first runner-up, while Melania Gonzales of Costa Rica was second runner-up. Misheelt Narmandakh of Mongolia and Marani Angarita of Venezuela finished third and fourth runners-up, respectively.
