Nyisha Tilus from the Bahamas was named the winner of the virtual Miss Supra Star Search 2020, earning her the title of Miss Supranational Bahamas and the right to compete at the 12th Miss Supranational competition.
Tilus is a 28-year-old motivational speaker and author from Nassau who graduated with a degree in psychology. She was Miss University of The Bahamas 2017 and was a Top 5 finalist of Miss World Bahamas 2017. She later competed in Miss Bahamas Universe 2019 and finished first runner up.
Meanwhile, Miss Supra Star Search 2020 first runner-up Sophie Marie Dunning was named Miss Supranational England and will also compete at the 12th Miss Supranational competition. She is a 28-year-old self-defense instructor from Shropshire.
The Supra Star Search virtual competition was officially launched last November 2020 with the aim of giving entrants in countries with no national organizations the chance to make it to the Supra stage. this competition will award one or more entrants the opportunity to represent their country at Miss or Mister Supranational in 2021.
