Megan Young officially launched the special stamps issued by Philpost in commemoration of her Miss World victory – the first for a Filipina. Two stamps were issued in honor in limited 80, 000 copies.
Missosology has officially lobbied for the issuance of such stamps and has provided the Philippine Postal Corporation with the photos of Megan taken by Bong Tan. The stamps are available in all postal offices across the Philippines and more information can be obtained from http://www.philpost.gov.ph
