Johana Riva won the Miss Universe Uruguay 2014 contest which was held in Punta Del Este Arenas Hotel & Resort in Chihuahua. Johana hails from the capital city of Montevideo and stands 5’8″. She is expected to compete at Miss Universe 2014 contest. In 2013, the winner of the pageant was not able to participate at Miss Universe held in Moscow.
In the same event Romina Fernandez was hailed as first runner-up, Cecilia Ortega as second runner-up and Lorena Rossi as third runner-up.
