Nora Xu, 19 years old and 5’10” tall from the city of Huoyang, won the Miss Universe China 2014 contest. The pageant was held on September 13 at Shangri-la Pudong Shanghai. Nora will compete at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant – if it will be pushed through anyway.
