Finally, we can announce that Miss Norway Organization has taken over the license in Norway to send a representative to Miss World 2017. On Saturday July 29th 2017 Miss Norway Organization will crown its delegates to represent Norway in Miss Universe 2017 & Miss World 2017. However, they promise some more exciting surprises this year.
Svetlana Jouini
Norway sent its first Miss Universe representative to the first Miss Universe pageant in 1952 and has won Miss Universe once with Mona Grudt in 1990. In 2012 the Miss Norway recovered its foundation into the Miss Universe Norway Organization by Armand Bye. In 2017 the Miss World franchise is back to Miss Norway. Since 2013 the Norwegian representatives at Miss World were all handpicked.
Fred Hamelten
This year the organization is therefore focusing on the two winners and their preparation for these two international competitions in order to put this Scandinavian country under the spotlight again and let the World & Universe that Norway is going to take it all. The crowning will be as per below:

* Miss Norway 2017, delegate for the Miss Universe 2017.
* Miss World Norway 2017, delegate for the Miss World 2017.
* 1st runner up
* 2nd runner up
* 3rd runner up
* 4th runner up

 

Jesse Ambrosio
The judges that will have the high responsibility of selecting the winners are the internationally awarded hair-stylist and Director of Studio S. Style – Lillestrøm, Ms Svetlana Jouini, and Mr. Jesse Ambrosio Nordic Countries correspondent of the leading online beauty pageant magazine Missosology. The head of the panel is the renowned and respected and indisputable master of eyebrow design, Mr Fred Hamelten, who sat as the chief judge at the pageant since 2013. Fred is quite famous having a client list that includes celebrities and superstars from all over the world, with a waiting list up to three years.
