Ana Badaneu was crowned Miss Moldova 2017, besting 22 other candidates for the right to represent her country in Miss World.
The 19-year-old student at the Academia de Studii Economice in Bucharest is set to compete in the next edition of the Miss World pageant to be held in December in Sanya, China.
The Miss Moldova 2017 finals was held last Sunday, May 14.
