Carla Viktor was crowned Miss Earth South Africa 2015 last September 10 at the Palazzo Hotel at Monte Casino. She bested 15 other candidates for the chance to represent the Rainbow Nation at this year’s Miss Earth finals to be held in December in Austria.
She is 24 years old and holds an honours degree from the University of Pretoria. Valuing the principle of Ubuntu, “I am because we all are”, Viktor believes that we create our own opportunities, and it’s when we can use these opportunities to better the world around us that we realize it’s not about a title, but rather the purpose behind the title.
