Jan Zowie Cruz whose advocacy includes green literacy will represent the commonwealth of the Northern Marianas at the Miss Earth 2023 pageant which will be held in Vietnam later this year. Described as passionate tree-hugger and eco-warrior, the 22-year-old beauty from Saipan was a runner-up during the 2019 Miss Earth Northern Marianas pageant.
