Tara Jensen, who finished 1st runner-up at the recently concluded Miss Denmark 2018 pageant, is now the new Miss Denmark 2018 after the winner resigned due to personal issues.
Aside from taking over the crown from Louise Sander Henriksen, who was crowned Miss Denmark 2018, Jensen will now represent the country at the 2018 Miss World finals in December in Sanya China.
“It came as a huge shock & disappointment, that Louise Sander Henriksen chose to resign from her title as Miss Denmark 2018,” Miss Denmark Organization CEO Lisa Lents said in a statement.
“I would like to confirm that her resigning has nothing to do with a conflict between us and I really hope that she will sort out her personal issues.” Missosology.Org
