It was a night of many firsts and a night like no other as Prime Events Productions Philippines Inc (PEPPS) gave a preview of it’s 2017 offerings. Four grand events (three of which are pageant-related) will banner this top production company that has successfully uplifted the image of male pageantry in the country.

MISTERS OF FILIPINAS 2017

The fifth edition of Misters of Filipinas (MoF) will commence on the 2nd & 3rd quarter of this year. From a newbie male pageant in 2013, it is now considered the premiere male pageant in the country.

The “Binibining Pilipinas” of national male pageant will widens its horizons with additional local and international franchises. First to be awarded is the franchise for the City of Laoag. Councilor Handy Lao personally accepted the certificate of franchise from PEPPS president Carlo Morris Galang and VP for legal affairs Atty Richard Garcia Montoya.

MoF is affiliated with world’s top pageants including Mister International, Manhunt International, Mister Supranational and Man of the Year, among others.

MoF screenings will be held in June while the finals is scheduled on September 23.

PHILIPPINE PAGEANT BALL

The Philippine Pageant Ball will gather pageant luminaries in one venue to celebrate the achievements of the country.

The gathering will see major pageant organisations, pageant winners as well as local kings and queens gather in one glamorous red carpet night with good food, awards, world-class entertainment and raffles.

Tickets will be available for pageant fans who want to join the celebration and meet pageant personalities.

MAN OF THE WORLD

The newest international pageant – Man of the World, is the very first international project for PEPPS. This time around, instead of just sending Philippine representatives, they will welcome to our country at least 40 delegates from around he world.

PEPPS has prepared activities in order for the positive attributes of the candidates to be showcased.

“Youth Empowerment through Education and Tourism” is the advocacy of the pageant. PEPPS promises many innovations not seen on existing international male pageants.

The delegates will get to see the beauty of the country as they will be going around top tourist destinations. They will also get to experience our rich heritage and culture just like the Cordillera Region where Man of the World Philippines Christopher Dulagan is from. Together with viral personalities from the recently held Baguio Flower Festival, their rich culture was showcased during the launching.

Ilocos Norte and Negros Oriental are just two of the venues for ancillary events. The finals night will be on July 29. Ferdinand Abejon, Missosology.Org
