The 2nd runner-up of the Miss France 2014 contest, Laetizia Penmellen, has been appointed to compete at the Miss Earth 2014 pageant. The 5’7″ tall blonde beauty with green eyes, is 20 years of age and represented the region of Provence at the nationals.
