Janine Tugonon of the Philippines, last year’s first runner-up, popped up at Fadil Berisha’s instagram. Ah yes, Fadil, perhaps the most famous Albanian American, was recently praised for his Ice Princess Glam Shot of the Miss Universe 2013 contestants. With his magical hands and sheer genius, Janine showed class and elegance and fierceness in her latest glam photo.
