Delary Stoffers is 22-year-old Business Administration student and a professional model and she represented Guayas during the Miss Ecuador 2023 pageant. She earned the right to represent her country at the Miss Universe 2023 pageant which will be held in El Salvador.
The Miss Ecuador 2023 pageant was held at Santo Domingo de Los Colorados where a total of 23 candidates from all over Ecuador competed for the coveted crown. Paulethe Cajas representing Pichincha finished as first runner-up and took the title of Miss International Ecuador 2024. María José Barzallo of Azuay was named as 2nd runner-up. Compeleting the Top 6 are: Nicole Pinilla (3rd runner-up), Nahomi Guzmán (4th runner-up) and Sulay Mora (5th runner-up)
