Chanique Rabe was crowned Miss Supranational Namibia 2020 during the finals held November 14 at Droombos in Windhoek.

She bested 12 other candidates for the title and the right to represent the African nation in the next edition of Miss Supranational. She succeeded last year’s titleholder Yana Haenisch, who finished first runner-up in Miss Supranational 2019.

Monique Smith and Andeline Wielan placed first and second runners-up, respectively.

“This journey has had so many ups and downs, emotions and lessons – but I can definitely say it has been the best time of my life. I’ve learnt so much about our team, the wonderful ladies and especially myself – and that I will cherish forever,” Williams posted on Instagram prior to the finale.

Rabe, who also bagged the Woman of Substance Award, is no stranger to pageants. In 2015, she was crowned Miss Teen Continents in Texas.
