Bicolana Yvette Marie Sanatiago leads our first official hotpicks for Binibining Pilipinas 2014. This shouldn’t come as a surprise because Yvette has a solid fan base, as proven by her early lead in Missosology’s People’s Choice Award online voting. She is one of the most talked-about girls in the forum as well as on social media sites. Aside from that, her experience in local beauty pageants (she was Miss Bicolandia 2012 and Mutya ng Magayon 2011 runner-up) has molded her into a worthy competitior.

Neck-and-neck for the next two spots are former BBP runners-up Mary Jean Lastimosa and Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach. The former is back for her last chance at clinching a crown, and the fans are still there to support her. On the other hand, Pia is not taking matters sitting down. Armed with the training she got alongside the reigning queens, last year’s 1st runner-up is in high hopes of finally landing in the top spot.

Binibini first-timers Emma Tiglao and Mary Anne Bianca Guidotti completes our Top Five for now. Emma surprised everyone with her enimitable charm during the candidates’ first public appearance for the Chinese New Year celebration. Bianca, meanwhile, impressed many fans with her impressive communication skills and transformable beauty.

Could these five beauties hang on until the end and eventually win the top plum? Or any of the girls in our current Top 15 snatch the lead? Find out on our next leaderboard.
