On July 31st, 40 stunning women representing various towns, cities and provinces across the Philippine archipelago will converge at the Smart Araneta Coliseum and compete for the ultimate prize – the Bb. Pilipinas International crown! I’m sure a lot of fans missed the 90s when Bb. Pilipinas had three prestigious titles. Still, the pageant retains its image as one of the prestigious and most awaited pageants in the Philippines thanks to its long and rich history.
This year’s competition is a bit tough to predict. The pre-finals special awards offer little clues – if any – on who are the frontrunners. However, after following closely and covering extensively the pageant, Missosology’s correspondents and beauty experts gave each candidate a score. The contestants’ average scores were tallied and the final ranking was ascertained. The results are as follows:
