Heavy favorite Catriona Elisa Gray was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2018 at the glittering coronation night of Bb Pilipinas 2018, held Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The 25-year-old former Miss World Philippines titleholder and Missosology Timeless Beauty 2016 winner will represent the country in the next edition of the Miss Universe pageant.
Gray also bagged the lion’s share of special awards, including the coveted Best in Swimsuit, Best in Long Gown and Pitoy Moreno Best in National Costume.
Ma Ahtisa Manalo was crowned Bb Plipinas International 2018 and will travel to Japan for the Miss International pageant.
Binibini third-timer Jehza Huelar bagged the Bb Pilipinas Supranational 2018 crown. She will compete at the Miss Supranational 2018 pageant.
Other winners were Eva Psychee Patalinjug (Bb Pilipinas Grand International 2018), Karen Gallman (Bb Pilipinas Intercontinental 2018) and Michele Gumabao (Bb Pilipinas Globe 2018).
