The Miss South Africa organization has announced that it will be sending Ayanda Thabethe to the Miss Supranational 2023 competition which will be held in Poland later this year. Ayanda is 24 years of age and hails from Pietermaritzburg.
In her personal website, Ayanda was described as someone with a deep passion for all things fashion and beauty whilst having a positive social impact with a big focus on female education. This continues to give rise to her being a well sought-after MC, Speaker and actress, and as a brand and organization collaborator in South Africa and beyond. She has been featured on the covers of prominent magazines in South Africa and she is an endorser of various cosmetic products.
The current Miss Supranational is Lalela Mswane of South Africa. She is the first black and South African to win the prestigious crown.
