Aslı Melisa Uzun won the Miss Universe Turkey 2015 title during the Miss Turkey 2015 contest. She finished as the first runner-up to the overall winner. A University of Cologne student, Aslı likes to dance. She stands 5’9″ and is 19 years of age. She will represent Turkey in the next edition of Miss Universe.
Turkey is not that strong at Miss Universe. Since its first participation in 1952, Turkey only managed to be in the semis of Miss Universe in three instances.
